I've gone here twice now & the only reason I'm willing to pay $27 for a car wash is because they clean the inside & I have two dogs, so that can get messy. However, this is the worst customer service ever from management. I've had to call multiple times to cancel my membership (which I felt pressured to get cause the guy wouldn't stop talking to me even though I kindly tried to tell him I'm not interested, multiple times). Then the second time I came here, it rained 2 hours later. I tried getting a hold of them to see if they do rain checks, but no response. You'd think for the price I am paying I could get some decent communication between myself (a customer) & management.
The most important thing to do after a car wash is to dry off promptly and THOROUGHLY. the prompt part has improved (maybe to the point of safety concern for the kids) but the THOROUGHLY part has suffered so much it's a deal breaker. I have soap suds in the door wells and streaks on my windows. I will say some good things though. The retrofitted carwash is bright and the equipment is new now. Supersonic hear I come (what other choice do I have?) In the area I live, people own nice cars, and care very much for the details paid to their vehicles when some one other then their anal retentive selves maintain them. Platinum car wash got it right.
Fast, Easy, Affordable. Decent Quality. Use the monthly unlimited wash pass, good value.
Zero attention to detail. $15 and I left with a dirty car. Does not meet my standards. It was much better when it was platinum.
Pointless waste of time and money. Platinum used to be semi-decent. Mister sucks. I always have to rewash my car after going here. When I got out of the car wash and did the hand-off to the drying/interior crew, I pointed out that the bugs hadn't gotten washed off. I was assured they'd take care of it. Well, they didn't. I asked when I picked it up and they were still there, and the teenager just said they "were pretty baked on". So, rather than argue, I resolved never to go there again. Went home, got a towel, a bucket, and a scrubby car mitt. Went to the do it yourself spray car wash, spent $5 and would you believe it??? If you use soapy water and some elbow grease, those bugs come right off. Amazing!
