Good and managed place. We mostly like the Peru Ginger there and we buy from there only. Sometimes they have Horizon Whole Milk on cheap price which becomes 10% cheaper if we buy the whole case. I like this facility/offering/deal. They encourage green and clean space so they use handmade non plastic paper bags. For which they charge couple of cents extra. You can bring your bag and avoid that charge. They give you option to donate paper bag cost to charity, if you have your own bag. I did it couple of times.
Salad bar and hot bar are great! They are the same price so you can mix and match. Great friendly staff. I often stop by daily for lunch or dinner. Love this place!
It's wonderful that Whole Foods has organic products, and unique products (vegan) that aren't sold in other big chain stores, but they are very over-priced. Also, they don't have consistent stock. Many items I purchased regularly have been discontinued. Often, items are just sold out, so I never know if I can find what I want. Their hot food bar is not tended to regularly so it often looks unappealing. Maybe things will improve with the new acquisition by Amazon.
Overall place if good and employees are helpful.
I have shopped here for years limited purchases because of price. Today I visited and many of the items were less expensive. Bottled Sauerkraut was 8.99 now 6.99. Also staff seemed to be smiling.
Still the health food store that all others are compared to. The acquisition doesn't seem to have changed anything. Great salad bar, soups, and hot dishes; faster than a healthy restaurant, although not necessarily any cheaper, except you can get small portions, which cost less.
