Ashley, a paralegal at Wall & Wall, is a life saver. I had a court date in Carbon County to release an out of state bond I had. It was on the same day I was out of town. The court told me if I missed the court date that I would forfeit my $2,500 bond. The court clerk told me to file a motion to change the date or dismiss it. I had NO CLUE how to file a motion. The court clerks were no help. I called around to some different attorney's offices and they said they could do it but the cost was ridiculous to say the least. I was at my wits end. In court, he is incredible and if you think that's where your case is headed, he will be the advocate you need. It's tough being a male in Utah going through a divorce, but Steve made sure I was heard and that my rights as a father were honored. Nobody wins in divorce, but I feel my outcome was optimal due to his work. You will find cheaper attorney's, but he's worth it. If you are organized, he will let you save some money (or a lot in my case) by you doing a lot of the background work. In the end, he protected my assets, made sure my father's rights were kept intact, and even won a counter-suit to get my legal expenses back when a baseless appeal was entered.
