This whole block should be turned into a mixed use development (like Sugarhouse has done). This is not how brick and mortar shopping should look in 2017.
This strip mall is out of the 1980s (in a bad way). Cottonwood Heights can do much better.
This shopping plaza is at the corner of a couple of busy streets and can be difficult to pull into at times. Finding it the first time when I was looking for dollar tree was hard but I have since returned often as it is less crowded than most shopping centers.
There are a few vacant spaces that need to be filled. The parking lot is on a slope and a little bit awkward, but not terrible. The stores and shops here are all good except for The Huddle bar - it devalues the whole place. Bars and alcohol always have their accompanying problems; these shouldn't be located next to a grocery store, nail salon, and such.
Place always has a big plentiful parking lot, of which is never completely full. The stores seem to be alright, but there are a few that seem to be going out of business. Those businesses are alright.
Great strip mall Reams, Dollar store, and Carl's cafe. A few little specialty business's too.
Considering the rather prominent location, the giant parking lot is mostly empty and a waste of space. Turnover is high, the pedestrian experience is bad, the slope makes winter shopping a pain.
